Lavender Silk is a beautifully scented lavender bar, packed full nourishing ingredients for hair, scalp, and body. Ingredients such as organic shea butter and organic olive oil, have a high content of non-saponifiable fatty acids which gives them the ability to deeply moisturize hair, and retain the elasticity of the skin. Organic cocoa butter has amazing healing and softening properties, silk peptides help protect as well as give shine and elasticity, and lavender has countless benefits for skin and scalp due to its antiseptic and anti-fungal properties. If you've never used a solid shampoo bar in your hair, you may wonder "how do I do that?" It's easy. Just get your hair wet, take the bar and rub it all over your scalp and hair. Put the bar down and work it into a wonderful lather. You may find that the first time you use a shampoo/body bar in your hair it feels different. Using natural ingredients is not going to give you the same feeling chemically laden choices do because the natural oils are not being stripped away. Color Treated/Grey Hair
This was the first bar shampoo and has been a game changer for me. I am a natural redhead, but have been coloring my hair for years to even out the tone and hide grays. This soap makes my fine hair more manageable and has allowed me to wash my hair less often which has never been something I could do in the past using bottled shampoos.

WOW! Rich and lovely shampoo!
I loved how this bar lathered. After my hair completely dried, it feels is SOOO soft and clean; LOVE how my hair feels. The scent is lovely, while it did not seem to linger in my hair, the scent is great! I used on my body and my skin feels so soft too. Another great shampoo bar from AVNS!

Lavender Silk Shampoo Body Bar
I bought this for my granddaughter because she love the smell of lavender. She has extremely sensitive skin so we have to be very careful about the products we use on her. I am very happy to say she has no skin issues using the bar and it leaves her hair feeling very soft!

Smell cames at the end
It was not able to beat up my preferred shampoo bar (Chai Tea Masala) Smell: started coming only after several weeks of use. This was a bit of a disappointing, As far as quality: My hair is over- processed (bleached several times, dyed my hair blue and later purple). It does an amazing job taking care of the dye color. It performs good in regards of preventing freezing, but as I said not as good as my favorite because encourages my hair to get volume. (whereas my super fav don't) I guess it is great if you have thing hair. Mine is thick and coarse. My water is hard and I don't have filter. It leaves my hair clean and shiny.
