Product Description

There is no skimping on the luxurious ingredients in our version of a hard lotion bar. We use organic jojoba oil, organic, virgin coconut oil, unrefined cocoa butter, unrefined shea butter, avocado butter and mango butter, making our rich, hand-poured, Creamy Butter Lotion Bars a concentrated, all natural, moisture-drenching solution for extremely dry, problematic skin. Use it on your heels, knuckles, elbows, cuticles...or anywhere else you have patches of dry skin. Our bars are packaged in a large twist up tube that offers mess-free application. Simply rub wherever you need super-charged moisturizing!

We left it unscented so that even the most sensitive skin will fall in love. You CAN smell the delicious, creamy, mild scent of the unrefined cocoa butter and organic, virgin coconut oil.  (Now THAT'S a match made in heaven.)

Keep in mind that these deliciously emollient bars will melt in heat, so don't leave them by a sunny window or in your car in the summer! In addition, if you are having these bars shipped in hot weather, please be aware that melting can occur and compromise the bars. 

(Please note: we've searched high and low for a label that will stick well to this container with NO LUCK.  There will be a label on it, but it will appear to be bubbling off.  Go ahead and remove it.  While these containers are convenient and hold a lot of product, making it a good buy, they have a nice, textured surface.  It is this surface that has made labeling the product difficult. We apologize for any inconvenience and lack of aesthetic beauty.  Hey...some things are more practical than beautiful. Right?)

    I really like this stuff, although I wish it was a little softer....not so much of a bar? ha ha Anyways, it's great! Feels good!

    One of my boys has eczema and gets painful patches on his elbows and knees. He LOVES the butter bar and quickly asks for it whenever he feels a painful patch of dry skin.

    I have struggled with eczema for nearly 15 years, mostly on my feet, but in the past year it has spread to other areas. This moisturizer works great on my feet, both where the eczema is, and where I have normal dry foot skin. It's not a cure, but it certainly helps mitigate the roughness. It is a little too heavy to use on some of the other areas where the skin is naturally thinner. I'm looking forward to see how useful it is during the winter season. I really like that it comes in a container like a deodorant stick.

    I was born with peeling feet. Not sure exactly what it is, but looks like Athlete's foot. Over the past 26 years I've tried dozens of powders, creams, sprays, and lotions. None of them have helped a bit. After putting a hole in my sheets (due to the rough skin), I decided to give this stuff a try. Obviously this hasn't taken care of the root cause, but all symptoms are gone when I use this stuff. Soft, normal looking, pink-skinned feet!! Never thought I would see my feet so soft! LOVE this stuff and will buy again! Already recommending it to friends and family.

    I like this product due to my lifelong eczema tendencies. I was thinking this would take the place of my daily body lotion but am realizing it would be better for the rough spots since it's seems to be going quickly. I think the applicator is a good way to use this type of product. Again good job Apple Valley!

    I got this product with my first order from this site, and love how moisturizing this is, as well as the convenient applicator. Definitely a great choice anywhere you need extra moisture on your skin, and all natural besides!

    I not only use my lotion bar each night, but I take if from my night stand and bring it to work with me. I am a dental hygienist and wash my hands repeatedly during the work day. It keeps my hands from getting dried out and cracks around my fingertips, especially in the winter! A few of my co-workers have now jumped on the body bar band wagon as well!

    I use this on my hands every night. I have several dry, itchy spots on my hands that never seem to go away (too many dishes, and too many kids with runny noses!), except when I use this regularly. Nothing else comes close! The bar also lasts a LONG time - I've been using the same one for months!

    I have super dry, scaly skin on my feet and, sometimes, the backs of my hands. It's embarrassing, and no lotion I've ever tried before has made a difference.
    This lotion bar, however, is just amazing. It's easy and mess-free to apply and, while it doesn't completely do away with the issues, it provides a level of moisture that no other product has succeeded in giving me.
    The only thing that I don't like is that it's a little sticky if you touch it while it's on your skin... But that's easy enough to avoid. I definitely wouldn't use it on the palms of my hands, but otherwise, it's an awesome product, and does its job very well.
    Plus, no more sketchy chemicals!
