Crafted with organic extra virgin olive oil infused with organic or wildcrafted* arnica flowers—and combined with menthol crystals and essential oils of eucalyptus, peppermint, camphor, and clove, this incredible salve is the perfect follow-up to a good work out. Arnica is known for reducing discoloration from bruising, treating muscle soreness (professional athletes love arnica!) and providing temporary relief from pain. Arnica is also great for sprains, soreness, and swelling and for the relief of arthritis, muscle, and joint pain.
If you're struggling with tight or sore muscles, this is a great salve to help relieve and release strain and tension. You can massage it into any injured area with unbroken skin.
Because of the addition of menthol crystals and the specific blend of essential oils, this salve also makes a terrific chest rub to alleviate the discomfort of congestion. It leaves a soothing, cooling sensation on the skin that penetrates into the tissues comfortingly. (Use sparingly and with caution on children under 2 and do not use on broken skin.)
Ingredients: organic extra virgin olive oil infused with organic or wildcrafted* arnica flowers, organic menthol crystals, organic unrefined beeswax, and essential oils of camphor, organic eucalyptus, clove bud, and organic peppermint.
*Arnica (specifically Arnica montana) is an ingredient that is becoming harder to source. Our process is that we first look for the certified organic version, but if we can't find organic arnica flowers we will look for wildcrafted arnica (Arnica montana). These are flowers which are found in their natural environment and are often valued for their potentially higher potency. They grow in their natural habitats and adapt to environmental stressors, which may result in more robust medicinal properties.

versatile and works amazingly
So I ordered this rub and within the few days it took to come in the mail, my husband hurt his back at work, I started a new workout that I shouldn't have (workouts hurt), and one of my boys came down with a cold/cough. When the salve arrived I was eager to try it out and it worked wonderfully. Soothed my little guy and quieted his cough, helped the hubby and I with our sore muscles. A little goes a long way, it got me through a few days of muscles so sore from over use. Definitely keeping this one on hand. Thanks!!

Convenient, Mild Scent
We have found ourselves using it all the time for sore shoulders after a long day or after a workout. We also use it to help relieve stuffiness during cold months and for gentle relief of minor growing pains in our 3 year old. Its nice that the scent isn't overpowering if we are planning to go somewhere.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FOR KIDS WITH COUGHS
I ordered this recently to keep on hand for achy muscles or if a cough sneaks up on me... Turns out this salve arrived just in time. My nephew just started getting congested and coughing 8( He fell asleep next to me and was coughing and sniffing so much, then I remembered that I had just received this little gem! Within 5 minutes of rubbing some on his chest and the bottoms of his feet (I read recently that if you rub vapor rub on the bottoms of the feet and put socks on it helps the coughing, turns out it's TRUE!) the coughing and sniffing has stopped!!! THIS PRODUCT IS TRULY AMAZING (smells great too) and I will always have some one hand. Thanks for another great product!

Love for achy, breaky muscles
I had a shoulder injury from a while back, flares up once in a while, nagging pain, my hubby applied and presto pain gone. Smells good too.

So many uses!
Just got this to use instead of vicks and I love the subtle aspect of the scent. Works great to clear your sinuses gently. Also used b/f be on my 5 year old chronic neck pain from a whiplash injury. Woke up feeling great. Not painful stretches just to get out of bed. Great for a natural muscle relaxant. Definitely on my re-order list!
