Nourishing Face Moisturizer for Men was created with our owner Marianne's husband in mind. This is his favorite face lotion because it's light yet moisturizing with a subtle masculine scent.

What do we love about about this Men's Face Lotion? It's all natural nutritious food for his face! The ingredients are known to renew and protect a variety of skin types, and the natural sandalwood scent brings a rich warmth loved by both men and women.

Our Nourishing Face Moisturizer for Men is typically used twice a day, morning and night after gently cleansing skin. We've packaged this lotion in a violet glass bottle with a smooth treatment pump and have chosen this method of packaging to retain as much natural nutritional benefit of the product for as long as possible.

Why Violet Glass? UV light is used by laboratories for water and air purification because of it's ability to hinder bacteria growth and Ultraviolet glass only allows UV light to pass through its surface, which protects whatever you put inside against bacteria and pathogens. UV glass is also thicker than other types of glass and may actually help maintain the freshness of the contents. But the main benefit of violet glass is that it blocks out all harmful visible light rays while allowing infrared and UV-A rays to penetrate.

Please note that this is a 100% natural product! We have chosen to add two naturally derived preservatives for safety reasons, but for best results please use within 3 months of opening. Place in a cool location prior to first use. A continuous cool location is not needed, but will preserve the effectiveness of the lotion over an extended period of time, just as refrigeration extends the freshness of food. 

Sample Sizes: Occasionally we will have sample sizes of our Moisture Rich lotion available for purchase which are approximately .25 ounce in size.

Ingredient Descriptions:

Organic Helichrysum Hydrosol Water: Helichrysum is well known for its unparalleled skin toning and healing properties, it is excellent for all skin types, but especially mature and dry skin. 

Organic Lavender Hydrosol Water: Lavender has many health benefits for the skin and is used to treat various skin conditions, some of which include wrinkles and inflammatory conditions. It is also commonly used to speed up the healing process of wounds, cuts, burns, and sunburns because it improves the formation of scar tissues.

Witch Hazel (alcohol free) is an extract from the leaves and bark of the North American shrub Hamamelis virginians. It has the ability to tighten skin and reduce inflammation. Witch hazel does get rid of excess oil (which can clog pours), but it also helps to eliminate water loss and improves hydration to the outer layer of skin, keeping your skin moisturized.

Vegan hyaluronic acid: We are all born with a certain amount of naturally occurring hyaluronic acid in our skin. As we age those levels decline which results in wrinkles and sagging skin. This natural hyaluronic acid from bacterial fermentation is a essential component within our Moisture Rich Lotion and is vital for skin that needs hydration, tissue repair and protection. It penetrates the dermis to secure moisture and in turn support the skin's elasticity and structure. Not only does hyaluronic acid directly aid in increasing the skins moisture content, it can adjust its moisture absorption rate based on the humidity of the environment. The result is skin that feels soft and looks plump and firm.

Acai & Goji Berries Dehydrasomes: Rich in carotenoids, these berries contain more beta‐carotene than carrots! Dehydrasomes are certified organic molecules (extracts) that are dispersed in certified organic sunflower oil. When applied to the skin, they minimize the appearance of fine lines or plump the lips. Because they penetrate the outer layer of skin and bind with the moisture present, they can inhibit water loss to increase moisturization and that may enhance the delivery of the active extracts.

Olivemulse is an EcoCertified, natural emulsifier made from Olive Oil.  Olivemulse penetrates quickly and exhibits a very high moisturizing effect combined with a deliciously smooth skin feel and elegant texture. It is also great for those with sensitive skin.

Organic Coconut oil, known for it's wonderful moisturizing and healing powers, it not only helps ward off infection, but improves the quality of aged skin.

Green Caviar is rich in vitamins A and C which help boost collagen production and reduce the appearance of fine lines. Green caviar also helps skin retain moisture, keeping it locked in all day long as well as having high amounts of omega fatty acids which help boost collagen repair and even out skin tone. 

Organic Jojoba oil, so similar to human sebum it can help balance oil production.

Organic Evening Primrose Oil has a high level of antioxidants, which counteract the detrimental effects of oxidation in living tissue. It helps smooth roughness, reduce fine lines, and lightens dark circles around the eyes.

Meadowfoam Oil has amazing moisturizing and rejuvenating capabilities. When applied to the skin, it forms a moisture barrier and will assist the skin with preventing moisture loss.

Rice Protein: Extracted from rice this protein source has the benefits of a more economic renewable resource, while being an effective emulsifier and moisturizer.

Leucidal Complete: A Natural preservative approved by ECOCERT. This preservative is based on a cabbage fermentation from leuconostoc kimchii which has been combined with fermented Cocos nucifera (Coconut) and Lactobacillus to create broad-spectrum protection.

Vitamin E oil (Non-GMO) from Sunflower oil in Organic Olive oil: Besides being a great antioxidant it has a protecting action against UV radiation, it is an excellent moisturizer, contains powerful anti-inflammatory action which can prevent the signs of premature aging.  Vitamin E also has excellent wound healing properties.

Silver Citrate: Our second natural preservative used for your protection. Silver Citrate is a water-soluble natural antimicrobial preservative. Its broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity works by penetrating and destroying the cellular walls that make up bacteria.

Sandalwood Natural Fragrance: Certified synthetic free plant based natural fragrance made from essential oils & botanical aromatic isolates.
