Rosemary Mint Shampoo & Body Bar

With all the Shampoo Body Bar recipes I've created over time, this has to be one of my favorites, it's just that good!!! Stimulating with it's visual variations of green, it brings revival to both the senses and scalp.

The mint is refreshing, but not overly powerful, and the rosemary adds warmth. It's also loaded with oils and butters to help naturally moisturize and revitalize both hair and scalp, plus we have now added Chlorella. Chlorella not only adds the visual variations of green to the bar, but it's loaded with benefits for both skin and hair. Chlorella is a green micro-algae and gets its name because of the high amounts of Chlorophyll that it contains, which in turn gives it the rich, green color. It is very high in powerful antioxidants, and contains alpha-carotene, beta carotene, lycopene, lutein, Vitamin B, E, C, D and K. This powerful micro-algae may improve collagen production in the skin, which in turn improves the elasticity of the skin, plus it’s a good source of MSM, which is a natural sulfur. MSM increases the hair’s growing phase, and this results in shinier, longer, and stronger hair. If you've never used a solid shampoo bar in your hair, you may wonder "how do I do that?" It's easy. Just get your hair wet, take the bar and rub it all over your scalp and hair. Put the bar down and work it into a wonderful lather. You may find that the first time you use a shampoo/body bar in your hair it feels different. Using natural ingredients is not going to give you the same feeling chemically laden choices do because the natural oils are not being stripped away.
